When I approached Lyndsey about designing a program for me, I had been dealing with back and knee pain for years. Back spasms and, sometimes, debilitating low back pain weren’t uncommon for me. Most exercise led to knee pain, as I have chondromalacia patella developed from years of running.
Lyndsey assessed me and developed a 12-week progressive program for me to follow, along with a dynamic warm up. It was all very clearly laid out and easy to follow. After a few weeks, I started to notice that my knee wasn’t bothering me as much and my back didn’t go into spasm anymore.
Upon completion of the program, I was happy to have no pain at all in my knees, and I was no longer complaining about my back hurting. I felt like I was able to do so many more things, athletically, than I had for a long time.
